We believe that this rod was made by Mr. Thomas Baylis of Utica, New York. Overall measurement is approximately 6ft from the tip all the way to the end of the butt. The agate guides are all intact and in good shape with some wear from typical use. The metal components have a nice patina from aging. The buyer receives exactly what's shown.     Up for auction: Antique Vintage Baylis Fly Rod 6' Fishing Pole. The two sections each measure 37". The varnish on the wood has an alligatored look.
