We ship from our warehouse in CA either on the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. USPS usually delivery in 2 to 5 business days within USA. (We may use different carrier such as UPS or combine your shipment if you also purchased other larger item from us)

. If a refund is desired, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the package in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.  If the item is purchased with free shipping, please refer to our FREE shipping terms and conditions. They are subject to a .99 restocking fee. For order that has shipping and handling, we will only refund the item price less shipping and handling. Due to the nature of online business and the unbeatable deals we offer, restocking fees OR shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.

Damage/Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival
Damage upon arrival:
If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
Discrepancies:
If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.
Purchased a wrong item:
If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping and handling does not apply to exchange merchandise.
