This Item is USED, but it is in great condition.  Typical wear for a lightly used trolley, it has a few scratches and scuffs in the paint, some wear marks, and some rust on the wheels.  That said, it rolls well, the bearing seem to be in great shape and its as solid as the day it was made.  Its a good unit, ready to get back to work.
