    Free Shipping Promotion:
    Free shipping promotions apply to residential or business addresses that are curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Lift Gate service is available at an additional cost, subject to availability at your local Freight LTL delivery terminal. Freight LTL Shipping excludes inside delivery.
    Order Processing and Shipping:
    We process and ship orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) begin processing the following business day. Some items may be backordered, which requires additional time before shipping. Shipping transit times start once your order leaves our warehouse.
    Installation Recommendations:
    External shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. To avoid added charges, we recommend that you wait to schedule any installations or replacements until you have received your product.
    Inspection Upon Delivery:
    Upon arrival, carefully inspect each item on the pallet. Count the number of boxes against the delivery receipt. Report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours by contacting our customer service department.
    Signing the Delivery Receipt:
    Before signing, thoroughly inspect each item in the presence of the driver. Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. Sign as appropriate:
    "Clear" if all items are received undamaged and in full.
    "Short" if items are missing, noting specifics on the receipt.
    Responsibility of the Consignee:
    The customer is responsible for ensuring products received are free of damage or shortages upon delivery.
    Overseeing Damaged Shipments:
    Let us know within 3 business days of delivery if your order arrives damaged. Note the damage to the delivery receipt and contact our customer service team for help.
    Returns:
    Unopened orders may be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Please keep the original packaging for returns.

    To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:
    All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from damage, scratches, or defects.
    The product must not have been installed.
    Original manufacturer packaging, including manuals, accessories, and packaging materials, must be unopened and in pristine condition.
    All free or gift items and accessories included with your purchase must be returned.
    Original manufacturer packaging must be free of any writing or labels.
    Packages must be returned via a traceable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS (please do not use USPS).
    Freight-bound equipment must be returned via freight carriers; please contact us if you are unsure about the return method.
    All returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused by our warehouse.
    Non-Returnable Items:
    Please note that items marked as Scratch and Dent, Clearance, or Overstock are not eligible for return.

    The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    For returns associated with our "Free Shipping offer," the original shipping fees incurred by American Direct Supply will be deducted from your refund.
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable for all other orders.
    Lost or Damaged Shipments:

    If your shipment is lost or damaged, keep your tracking number for reference and contact us to start a freight claim with the respective shipper.

    Understanding Your Warranty
    It is essential to review and familiarize yourself with the terms, language, and requirements of any applicable manufacturer's warranty for your HVAC system. ALL WARRANTY MUST BE REGISTERED THROUGH GOODMAN's WEBSITE. THEY WILL ISSUE YOU A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
    Registering Your Warranty
    For most units, a licensed professional must fully install or inspect the equipment, including initial start-up. Following completion of the first start-up, the professional will issue a dated installation invoice detailing the models and serial numbers of the equipment.
    Additionally, many manufacturers require product registration within 30-60 days of installation or initial start-up to confirm and activate full warranty coverage. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation shipped with the product or visit their website for the most current warranty terms and requirements.
    Processing Warranty Parts
    We facilitate warranty replacement parts for units bought through our website that are still under warranty. In certain cases, the failed part may need to be returned to us to process the warranty. If required, you may be asked to buy the replacement part initially, with a refund issued upon return of the original part. Expedited shipping for replacement parts may incur other charges.
