Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Cab Enclosure with Tip out Glass Windshield & Full Doors

Made from 3/32 aluminum with stylish re-enforcing bends that makes it extremely rigid. Corners and transitions are welded so there are no exposed seams. The entire enclosure only weighs approximately 280 lbs depending on the model and added components unlike steel that weighs twice as much. Exposed edges have vinyl edge protectors. All parts are powder coated with a flat black finish that matches roll cage. The Tip-out windshield Includes DOT certified safety glass which locks down water and air tight when closed. It can be tipped out in two positions of 2" or 4" to allow for air flow. The glass frame can also be removed easily and quickly when you don't want a windshield by removing the 2 hinge bolts and unlatching the latches. The strong, light weight aluminum frame mounts securely to the roll cage in minutes with roll bar clamps and seals tightly to the hood and roll cage so you have no rattles and leaks along the hood. The top and back bolt together tightly and also mount easily to the roll cage with roll cage clamps. The back window is also laminated safety glass.
Full suicide doors with removable pop out laminated safety glass windows. The windows pop out at the back 2 or 4 inched and lock down water and air tight. Window can be removed easily by lifting off of the roll pin hinges. Doors can be removed easily by lifting the door off of the roll pin hinges. Back window lifts up and is held in the up position with gas shocks. Back doors can also be removed by lifting off of the roll pin hinges.Made from 3/32 thick aluminum with ¾ bulb seal around the outer edge of the doors.
In the unfortunate event the glass is chipped or broken most auto glass shops can replace the glass. Electric or manual windshield wiper, windshield full tip up kit and roof vents available for additional cost.
