    The Electronic Ignition system provides a safe shutdown in the event of an interruption in the gas supply or flameout. Offering the convenience of a wall switch or remote control in conjunction with an interrupted pilot (IPI) provides a safe means of lighting the main burner. An advantage to the Electronic Ignition system over a Safety Pilot Valve system or Millivolt Valve system (both are standing pilot systems) is the fact the pilot is always OFF until a request for the main burner to turn ON, resulting in energy savings when the unit is not in use. HPC offers numerous kit configurations providing install flexibility and convenient use.
