  • Condition: This is a South Bend 8 1/2 foot 3/2 Bamboo Fly Rod Bamboo is in beautiful condition and all sections are the same length and no cracks or splits. the ferrul at the butt section and middle section is a little loose and needs some wax. The finsish on the blank is in good condition. The guides need some TLC as well.

    Description

    This is a South Bend 8 1/2 foot 3/2 Bamboo Fly Rod.  Bamboo is in beautiful condition and all sections are the same length and no cracks or splits.  The ferrul at the butt section and middle section is a little loose and needs some wax.
    The finish on the blank is in good condition.  The guides need some TLC as well. The grip is a cork composit and the reel seat is a Granger style aluminum.  Please see the pics
    With a little clean up of the guides, it can be fished, or maybe a full restoration project...
