    Description

Here is a pair of Victor Martinez game issued Mizuno baseball batting glove and wrist bands. They are still in their original packaging/bags and are NOT game used. I bought both of these at the Joba Chamberlain auction on August 8, 2020 in Lincoln, Nebraska. The auction was for some of his sports memorabilia and his household items as he wasn't living in the house at the time. I've included a picture of some of the items in the display case at the auction that these gloves/wrist bands were in.
Victor Martinez played for the Detroit Tigers from 2011-2018 and Joba Chamberlain played for the Tigers from 2014-2015, so I'm assuming Martinez gave these gloves and wrist bands to Joba sometime in 2014 or 2015.
Martinez had a very nice MLB career playing from 2002-2018 for the Cleveland Indians, Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers. His lifetime stats include a batting average of .295, 249 HR's, 1,178 RBI's and 2,153 hits. He averaged 20 homers and 97 RBI's per season. That's a guy you want on your team.
These are a pair of new and game issued but unused Mizuno batting gloves and Mizuno wrist bands both with number 41 heavily embroidered on them.
I will provide a Letter of Authenticity from Huskertwinsports to the winner stating that I bought these gloves and wrist band at the Chamberlain auction and I believe they were issued to Victor Martinez.  I have been in the game used memorabilia business since the early 1990's.
In separate eBay auctions this week I also have a pair of CC Sabathia game used batting gloves and wrist bands and 3 pairs of Joba Chamberlain's athletic shoes.
