    Wright McGill Eagle Claw Blue Diamond Model BDF7624 Fly Fishing Rod Rare 2/2
    For sale at a buy it now fixed price is this great fly fishing rod from Wright McGill Eagle Claw of Denver.  It is a Blue Diamond Model BDF7624 and it is a 2 piece 8 foot rod.  However, unlike most, this was purchased for a trip into a wilderness area and a second slightly shorter tip was purchased as a precaution.  The second tip makes this a 7' 9" rod.  Examination of second tip will show that this was manufactured to this length and is not a repair. That is included in this sale, making it a 2/2 rod....rare for one of these.  It comes in the original marked hard tube, and in the original rod sack..  It is a 7 weight rod.
    This was used on the one trip and not again.  We would call the condition of the rod near mint...including the spare tip, which hasnt been used.  The tube shows some use, but no dents.
